TO CREATE, DELETE AND EXTEND DISK USING DISK MANAGEMENT USING WINDOWS 10
To create disk partition using disk management do the following steps below. 1. Go to My C omputer or This PC in Windows 10 and 8 for Users who uses Windows 7 go to My Computer and right click and then select Manage as shown below: 2. After click Manage the following dialogue box will appear as shown below then in the left panel you will find the word Disk Management under Storage Items then click to open 3. After click Disk Management the following dialogue box will appear as shown below 4. After select disk management then in the dialogue box appear choose partition C:\ as shown in the figure below and right click and choose shrink the volume as shown in the figure 5. After click shrink volume the following dialogue box will appear as shown below and then click shrink after choose the size you want to divide from local disk c:\ 6 . After shrink the disk partition manager will look like this as shown in the figure below 7. Then right click the unlocated disk
